Counseling
School counselors are vital staff members who work with parents and school personnel to help make PVSD a caring and supportive environment for every student. Counselors help students progress their academic, career, and social and emotional growth through prevention and intervention services. Such services are offered at a variety of levels ranging from individual meetings to campus wide activities. Read more below about what we do and how we do it.
At Corte Madera we provide support to students in various ways.
SEL: (Follow Castle Standards) Monthly themes and lessons.
Individual Counseling: Student check-in's to address social emotional and academic challenges related to school.
SST Meetings: Staff and parents strategize to address behavior/academic concerns.
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
